ART. 01.05 — Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or up to 24 months after the last interaction, whichever is sooner. Financial records are retained for 5 years as required by Spanish tax legislation.

Terms of Service

ART. 02.01 — Acceptance of Terms

By engaging CopyLogicNest for copywriting, advertising, or related services, the client agrees to these Terms of Service in full. These terms govern all service agreements between CopyLogicNest and its clients, located at Calle Recogidas, 29, 18005, Granada, Spain.

ART. 02.02 — Scope of Services

CopyLogicNest provides direct-response copywriting, advertising copy, brand messaging, and related content services. Each engagement is defined by a written proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement. Services are delivered as specified in the respective service description.

ART. 02.03 — Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are payable according to the terms specified in each service proposal. Standard payment terms: 50% deposit upon project initiation, 50% upon delivery. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

ART. 02.04 — Revisions

Standard service packages include two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at EUR 75 per round. Revision requests must be consolidated per round; fragmented revision submissions may be treated as separate rounds.

ART. 02.05 — Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all delivered copy and content for the agreed-upon purposes. CopyLogicNest retains the right to display anonymized work samples in its portfolio unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.

ART. 02.06 — Confidentiality

CopyLogicNest treats all client information, project briefs, and business data as strictly confidential. We will not disclose proprietary information to third parties without written consent. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of 36 months.

ART. 02.07 — Limitation of Liability

CopyLogicNest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity. Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Copy outcomes are influenced by market factors beyond our direct control.

ART. 02.08 — Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced unless CopyLogicNest fails to deliver within the agreed timeline.

ART. 03.01 — What Are Cookies

Refund & Reimbursement Policy

ART. 04.01 — Refund Eligibility

CopyLogicNest offers refunds under the following conditions: (a) if work has not yet commenced, a full refund of the deposit is issued within 10 business days, (b) if work is incomplete and the client chooses to terminate, a pro-rata refund is calculated based on completed deliverables versus total project scope.

ART. 04.02 — Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: (a) completed and delivered copy that meets the agreed-upon specifications, (b) revision rounds beyond the included limit, (c) deposits for projects cancelled after work has commenced, and (d) rush delivery fees once production has begun.

ART. 04.03 — Dispute Resolution

If a client disputes the quality of delivered work, CopyLogicNest will: (a) review the original project brief and scope, (b) offer up to two additional revision rounds at no cost if the delivered work demonstrably deviates from agreed specifications, and (c) if the dispute remains unresolved, both parties agree to mediation under the rules of the Granada Chamber of Commerce before pursuing litigation.

ART. 04.04 — Refund Process

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with: (a) the project reference number, (b) a description of the issue, and (c) any supporting documentation. Refund requests are processed within 15 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method.

ART. 04.05 — Applicable Law

This Refund Policy is governed by Spanish consumer protection law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) and EU consumer rights directives. Nothing in this policy restricts your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
